Cornflower Petals Blue (Centaurea cyanus)

Dried cornflower petals are extremely popular
with cake decorators, savoury cooks & floral tea.

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp
petals, steep for 10-15 min. strain, may sweeten
with honey, drink 3 cups/day before meals.
